Who We Are

I would have never imagined that working at Chuck E. Cheese from age 16-18 would give me an inside look on how to entertain children while working in a Mascot Character. I would have never imagined that when I dressed up as a silly character in 1999 at a Youth Lock-in, that it would lead to this. I would have never imagined, that I would have a family business.

Well, God has a way of doing things. I started performing as Bozo the Hozo the Christian Clown for family birthday parties and it spread from there. We hosted, Bozo the Hozo Live in 2005 (footage now available on YouTube). Bozo the Hozo has been in countless parades across the state of Texas. Just when I was ready to retire this character, the Lord opened a door to start writing and publishing children’s books for this funny character in 2018.

We are so very excited about Merry Mascots & Party Rentals. We are now able to offer families the options having some of their favorite characters from television shows and movies come visit them at events. We also offer customers the chance to rent our Mascot Costumes per day. This allows them to save some money as they or a family member dresses up in the costume.

Our story is His Story. God has been good to us. We consider ourselves birthday party specialists and would love to share our expertise, joy, and fun at your next event.
